Fresh, modern and airy, this apartment is situated above a friendly pub called The Admiral and makes the perfect basecamp for hens seeking a fun weekend in Brighton! This property is only 15 minutes’ walk away from the city centre and is situated near Brighton train station and the trendy North Laine shopping district. The property is part of Elm Grove House, but can be rented as a separate apartment for a smaller group of Hens. If the lower floor flat is rented at the same time, guests will share the main entrance door, but will be given a separate key for the individual flats. There is also an additional entrance on the second floor that leads to the pub below.
The top floor apartment sleeps a maximum of 14 people and has two shower rooms for convenience. You'll also find an entertainment area complete with plush sofas, footstools, and a TV. The kitchen is separated from the entertainment area by a long breakfast bar that seats up to 10 hens and the kitchen comes fully equipped with an oven, gas hob, utensils, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, so you and the girls can self-cater if you wish to.
This apartment can also be rented together with the other apartment in the building for groups of up to 26.

Lower Elm Grove house is just 15-minute walk away from the town centre, the same distance from the stunning Brighton Pavilion and a 20-minute walk away from the famous Brighton beach and the much loved Brighton Pier. The main clubs can be found on West Street and the forever colourful Kemp Town where there’s a great selection of quirky clubs, gay bars and traditional pubs, all of which are open ‘til late! If it's shopping you’re after, then Churchill Square offers all of your favourite high-street brands or alternatively there is an abundance of vintage shops and boutiques in the bohemian North Laine.
