Lynda Page is dealing with my Hen organising for my sister in London in 2018, she's been brilliant and really helpful with her info and offers. I drove a hard bargin with the package and she did everything she could to give me what I wanted. so far so good hopefully this follows through to next years event.

Great if you are looking for
Getting around in the Big Smoke can seem intimidating, especially if you’re new to the city – but actually it’s incredibly easy. For the sake of your ankles (especially if you’re rocking heels) we wouldn’t suggest getting around on foot too much. The Underground is the way to go – linking together the entire city via an easily navigated map. You can pick up maps at most stations, or download an app before you go.
The easiest method of paying for your transport might be to pick up an Oyster Card, these cards are pay-as-you-go and can be topped up in advance. They also aren’t limited to just the underground, you can get into the outdoors and actually see some of London via the bus too.
Most of our accommodation is right in the heart of the city, and if you speak to one of our party planners we’re able to arrange transfers that take your transport woes away!
Something for every unique hen style from late night cocktail bars to seeing a show on the world-famous West End. We can even arrange a premier experience of river cruises and champagne flights on the London Eye if you’re all about getting a VIP experience and showing the bride-to-be a slice of the finer life.
But at Hen Heaven there’s one activity that we recommend to all of our hens. We have exclusively partnered with Benefit Cosmetics to create a fantastic ready-made weekend package. From putting you up in a stunning modern hotel to providing you girls with the ultimate pamper day – it’s unique to Hen Heaven and the ideal way to destress before the big day.
As you might expect from a city which has a population of around 10 million, 22 universities and a ‘work hard, play harder’ mentality, there’s quite a big nightlife scene in London. It’s an integral part of what makes the city tick and is such a popular hen party destination. Every area of the capital has something different to offer. There is no one hub that is ‘London’ as the city swallowed to many separate towns in its history it was left with many centres. So to get a sense of what the melting pot of London is like when the sun goes down, we’ve broken the city down by its areas to help you girls out.
London is a city that never sleeps and nowhere is that truer than in the centre of the city. The bright lights of Soho, Covent Garden, Southbank and the rest of Central London are always shining and every night of the week they’re open til late. There’s mega-clubs like the legendary Heaven beneath Charing Cross and cocktail bars like the Langham’s Artesinal bar, but some of the real highlights of central London are to be found in Soho. The area was known as the city’s Red-Light district for many years and to a certain extent it is still living off this somewhat colourful reputation of 30 years ago. But much like the gentrification of other parts of town, the area’s cleaned up a lot. Luckily though it hasn’t lost all of its naughty past and it’s still where to go for a wild night of quirky, always packed bars.
When you’re cooler than cool, you go to North London for your nights out. A little more eclectic than the centre of the city, you and the girls will find an endless number of trendy bars and independent venues. The area is full of young professionals with money to spend, so London makes sure they are all well catered for. Highlights in the area include Islington and Angel, both of which are super accessible from the tube.
It’s a little less wild than the rest of London, relying on its supply of cosy pubs and bars popular with the art crowd. It’s the kind of place where you relax and unwind with cocktails that are served out of a jam jars, because apparently regular glasses aren’t cool anymore. If you’re looking for a night out a bit less rowdy then head north.
Just south of the Thames are some of the biggest nightclubs in London, from megaclubs like the Ministry of Sound to the range of unique venue spaces around Vauxhall there’s something to suit every die-hard party goer. The South benefits from having a bit more space than the cramped areas north of the river and also is the most affordable place to party, if such a thing exists in this city. Despite the super-clubs it doesn’t mean that it’s all staying out til 6am in South London, the more you head out of the city centre the more relaxed things get. The South spreads far and wide covering all sorts of different neighbourhoods. If you’re not used to the frenetic pace of the capital for example, the friendlier outer districts of South London can provide a welcoming alternative to the go, go, go pace of the rest of the city.
From Hoxton to Brick Lane and Shoreditch, the East End of London is wonderfully varied. It’s where classic London meets up with a more modern twist, where hipsters and old-school London-ers rub shoulders with one another. Traditionally a working class stronghold, the ever gentrifying of the capital is reaching the east end and locals are now spoilt for chpice for leisure time.
The East is noable for sharp contrasts, you can be in a ‘proper boozer’ during the day and in the evening step into a fantastically cool wine bar. And even better? All of it always feels authentically London!
The home of Made In Chelsea, this huge and affluent area is full of ‘it’ things. From Kensington to Paddington, West London is all about glamour and style. The area is home to the rich and the famous and can give you a taste of the VIP lifestyle.
The seriously sophisticated crowd spend their nights in exclusive restaurants and the kind of bars that are mentioned in the ‘SPOTTED’ section of magazines. This is the playground of A-listers, and half the fun of visiting these swish venues such as Kensington Roof Gardens is wondering who you might see there
