The hills are alive with the sound of laughter in Snowdonia as hen do's run around Wales having an adventure in this destination for outdoor lovers!
Snowdonia is a region in northwest Wales concentrated around the mountains and glaciers of Snowdonia National Park. It’s the perfect place for hens who want to relax in the calm of the beautiful Welsh countryside – so, if you’re interested in a tranquil retreat you will love what the area has to offer. It’s also home to the highest mountain in the south of Loch Lomond – Mt. Snowdon. You’re more than welcome to venture up the mountainside, however there are many (less demanding) walks for you and the girls to partake in and hike over the beautiful (less treacherous) valleys. The region is popular for its castles, waterfalls and steam railways. After you’ve visited, you’ll forever dream about Snowdonia’s fresh air, idyllic landscape and serenity. It’s the perfect escape from the daily work grind or ideal for those of you wanting a short escape from city life.
Snowdonia is not just a one trick pony however and there is plenty on offer if you want the opposite of relaxing. It is natures great theme park with mountains and rivers where you can explore. So if you want to escape from the rat race with either relaxation or escapism then Snowdonia is the pace to go.

You can also book transfers ahead of time on your Snowdonia hen do through Hen Heaven. This will take any stress out of finding a taxi and you will always have a carriage waiting.
Walking and hiking is a given if you have decided to travel to Snowdonia. You’d be mad not to explore the wondrous landscapes.

While it might make your knuckles white you get arguably the best view of anyone in the valleys! Titan caverns are just as terrifying but for different reasons with you exploring under the mountain with claustrophobic yet with an incredible atmosphere.
If you want pumping music and a throbbing nightlife, then Snowdonia isn’t the place to go. However, it does have venues for you and the girls to share a bottle of wine and have a girly catch up. If you want bright lights head to Bangor which is just 20 miles away. Here, you'll find a Yates and a nightclub Peep! It may not be the best night out in the UK but in truth on a Snowdonia, hen do all you need are your friends and plenty of prosecco!
Glamorous clothing and footwear have to be put in the cupboard for this trip.
